This Privacy Policy explains how Veret Company, LLC, doing business as Onmetrica (“Onmetrica,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, discloses, retains, and protects personal information when you visit or interact with the Onmetrica website and related webpages that link to this Privacy Policy (collectively, the “Site”).

This Privacy Policy applies when you:

• browse the Site;
• submit a contact or inquiry form;
• request or schedule a demonstration;
• request information about Onmetrica;
• request an application access code;
• express interest in the Onmetrica Pilot Program;
• purchase or manage a professional membership through the Site;
• subscribe to communications;
• contact customer support; or
• otherwise interact with Site-based features.

Please read this Privacy Policy together with the Onmetrica Website Terms of Use and any additional notice or agreement presented in connection with a particular membership, transaction, professional activity, or Pilot Program opportunity.

1. Scope of This Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy governs personal information collected through the Site and directly related website-based communications and transactions.

It does not independently govern:

• information entered into or generated through the Onmetrica mobile application, which is governed by the Onmetrica Mobile Application Privacy Policy;
• optional participation in the Onmetrica Pilot Program, which is additionally governed by the Pilot Participation & Feedback Agreement & Non-Disclosure Terms;
• a separately organized university, institutional, or regulated research activity, which would require separate documentation and consent procedures;
• payment credentials processed directly by a third-party payment processor;
• personal information independently collected or maintained by a professional, organization, university, or other third party; or
• third-party websites, platforms, or services that have their own privacy policies.

Where a separate agreement or notice expressly applies to a particular activity, that agreement or notice will govern the activity it covers. This Privacy Policy will continue to govern general Site data practices unless otherwise stated.

2. Eligibility

The Site is intended only for individuals who are at least eighteen years old.

By submitting personal information through the Site, you represent that:

• you are at least eighteen years old;
• the information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge;
• you are authorized to provide the information; and
• your submission does not violate another person’s rights.

If you interact with the Site on behalf of a business, professional practice, institution, or other organization, you represent that you are authorized to provide the relevant information and communicate on behalf of that entity.

If you voluntarily include sensitive information in an inquiry, we may process it only as reasonably necessary to understand and respond to the inquiry, protect legal rights, comply with law, or delete or restrict the information.

The Onmetrica mobile application has a separate Privacy Policy addressing information entered into or generated through the App.

5. Cookies and Similar Technologies

The Site may use limited cookies and similar technologies that are necessary to operate, secure, and provide basic website functionality.

These technologies may be used to:

• support password-protected content;
• authenticate authorized administrators or users;
• maintain secure sessions;
• prevent fraud, misuse, or unauthorized access;

Third-party services that a visitor chooses to use, such as a scheduling, payment, application-store, or social-media service, may use their own cookies or similar technologies under their own privacy policies and terms.

If Onmetrica introduces non-essential analytics, advertising, or other optional tracking technologies, we will update this Privacy Policy and provide notice, consent, and privacy controls where required by applicable law.
