Onmetrica Participation & Feedback Agreement

Important Notice
Onmetrica is currently offered as an invite-only software platform under active development.
The Onmetrica Participation & Feedback Program (the “Program”) is intended to improve the Onmetrica application and refine how the TenTwo Methodology™ (the “TenTwo Method”) is implemented and presented within the Platform through structured product feedback from participating professionals and individual users.
The Program is not a formal scientific or academic research study. Any future scientific evaluation of the TenTwo Method or Onmetrica Platform will be conducted separately under a distinct research protocol, separate participant documentation, and any ethics or institutional review required for that project.
By creating an account, entering an invite code, accessing the Platform, or clicking “I Agree,” you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this Participation & Feedback Agreement.
1. About Onmetrica and the Program
Onmetrica is a software platform developed by Veret Company, LLC (“Veret,” “Onmetrica,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
The Platform provides structured tools for personal reflection, calibration, evaluation, report generation, and professional review based on the implementation of the TenTwo Method.
The purpose of the Program is to:
• evaluate and improve the functionality and usability of the application;
• improve the user interface and user experience;
• refine the calibration, evaluation, and diagnostic-style workflows;
• improve the clarity, organization, and presentation of reports;
• improve the interpretation logic presented through the Platform;
• identify technical, usability, and implementation issues;
• receive structured product feedback from professionals and individual users; and
• improve the implementation of the TenTwo Method within the application.
The Program does not represent or guarantee scientific validation, clinical validation, professional endorsement, regulatory approval, or proof of effectiveness of the Platform or Method.
2. Who May Participate
This Agreement applies to:
• individual users who access Onmetrica through an invitation or access code;
• clients or other users invited by a participating professional;
• Professional Members;
• Founding Circle participants;
• coaches, mentors, consultants, educators, therapists, psychologists, mental health professionals, and other participating professionals;
• invited reviewers, advisors, and product-feedback participants; and
• any other person authorized to access Features or non-public Onmetrica materials.
Participants must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of accepting this Agreement.
Onmetrica may establish additional eligibility, professional-verification, account-verification, or access requirements.
3. Voluntary Participation
Participation in the Program is voluntary.
You may stop participating in the Program at any time by:
• discontinuing use of the Platform;
• requesting termination of your access;
• deleting your account through available account controls; or
• contacting Onmetrica at support@onmetrica.com.
Ending participation will not result in a penalty. However, previously incurred subscription charges, if any, remain subject to the applicable billing and cancellation terms.
Withdrawal from the Program does not automatically require deletion of all information previously collected. Requests to access, correct, or delete personal information will be handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy, applicable law, technical limitations, legal-retention obligations, and legitimate security or recordkeeping requirements.
4. What Participation May Involve
Depending on the Participant’s account type and authorized access, participation may include:
• completing self-reflection, calibration, or evaluation activities within the Platform;
• reviewing application-generated reports, visualizations, or interpretations;
• repeating selected activities to assess consistency, usability, or report presentation;
• providing comments about the application experience;
• identifying unclear instructions, technical issues, or usability problems;
• participating in structured feedback discussions, surveys, interviews, demonstrations, or feedback sessions;
• allowing a participating professional to review results where the individual has authorized that professional relationship;
• inviting clients or other eligible users to access approved Features; and
• providing professional observations regarding application flow, report clarity, interpretation, user experience, or implementation of the Method within the Platform.
A session may vary in length depending on the features used and the Participant’s individual pace. Onmetrica does not guarantee that any session will be completed within a particular period.
5. Product Feedback and Platform Improvement
Participants may voluntarily provide comments, suggestions, recommendations, observations, professional impressions, bug reports, usability notes, survey responses, and other product-related input (“Feedback”).
Onmetrica may use Feedback to:
• improve the Platform and its functionality;
• improve user experience and interface design;
• improve calibration and evaluation workflows;
• improve reports and visual presentation;
• improve the implementation and explanation of the TenTwo Method within the Platform;
• identify technical or usability issues;
• develop, test, and prioritize features;
• improve professional-use guidance;
• train internal personnel and service providers involved in product development;
• support internal planning and quality assurance; and
• communicate aggregated or de-identified insights regarding product development and Program progress.
Feedback may be used without compensation, attribution, approval rights, or any obligation to implement a particular suggestion, except where Onmetrica and the Participant enter into a separate written agreement.
Providing Feedback does not transfer ownership of a Participant’s pre-existing or independently developed professional knowledge, methodologies, frameworks, clinical approaches, educational materials, diagnostic observations, concepts, terminology, or professional know-how.
No professional idea, recommendation, observation, or independent material will be treated as assigned to Onmetrica unless the assignment is expressly stated in a separate written agreement signed by both parties.
Feedback and intellectual-property matters are further governed by the Onmetrica Confidentiality Acknowledgment & Non-Disclosure Terms.
6. Information Collected and Used During the Program
Depending on the features used, Onmetrica may collect and process:
• account and contact information;
• invite-code and account-access information;
• professional-status or professional-verification information;
• information entered during reflection, calibration, or evaluation activities;
• application-generated positions, reports, visualizations, or outputs;
• feature-use, device, performance, and technical information;
• support communications;
• survey responses and Feedback;
• information concerning interaction between a participating professional and an invited user, where permitted and appropriately authorized; and
• identity-verification information where verification is required.
Onmetrica may use this information to:
• provide and administer access to the Platform;
• generate and display requested Platform outputs;
• maintain accounts and access permissions;
• support interactions authorized by Participants;
• protect Platform security;
• troubleshoot errors and provide support;
• analyze feature performance and user experience;
• improve Platform functionality, reports, workflows, and Method implementation;
• prevent misuse, fraud, or unauthorized access;
• maintain records of consent and acceptance; and
• comply with applicable legal obligations.
Personal information will be handled as described in the Onmetrica Privacy Policy.
7. Aggregated and De-Identified Product Analytics
Onmetrica may create and use aggregated or de-identified information derived from Platform activity, Feedback, technical data, or Program participation for:
• product analytics;
• quality assurance;
• Platform improvement;
• usability evaluation;
• feature planning;
• internal business analysis;
• professional and stakeholder communications; and
• descriptions of general Program progress.
Onmetrica will not publicly identify a Participant in connection with such information without authorization, except where disclosure is legally required.
Use of aggregated or de-identified information for product development does not convert the Program into a formal scientific or academic research study.
8. Professional Participants and Invited Users
Professional Participants may invite eligible clients or other users to access authorized portions of the Platform.
A Professional Participant is responsible for:
• using the Platform only within the scope of the professional’s qualifications, licensing, competence, and applicable law;
• explaining the professional’s role to invited users;
• obtaining any professional, client, or practice-level permissions required independently of this Agreement;
• protecting information received through the professional relationship;
• not representing Onmetrica outputs as a medical diagnosis, clinical diagnosis, or guaranteed professional conclusion;
• independently reviewing Platform outputs before relying on or discussing them;
• using independent professional judgment;
• not allowing unauthorized persons to access a Participant’s account or results; and
• providing Feedback to Onmetrica without unnecessarily disclosing directly identifying client information.
Onmetrica may review Feedback submitted by professionals concerning their interaction with invited users, evaluation reports, calibration tools, diagnostic-style tools, application flow, report interpretation, and user experience for the purpose of improving the Platform and the implementation of the Method.
Unless separately agreed in writing, Onmetrica does not supervise the professional’s practice, assume responsibility for the professional-client relationship, or control the professional’s independent decisions.
9. Potential Discomfort and Participant Choice
Onmetrica activities may invite Participants to reflect on emotional experiences, relationships, personal circumstances, internal states, or desired changes.
Some Participants may experience temporary discomfort, frustration, uncertainty, or emotional sensitivity during or after a session.
Participants may:
• pause or stop an activity;
• decline to answer a question where the Platform permits;
• discontinue a session;
• discuss concerns with an appropriate qualified professional; or
• stop participating in the Program.
The Platform is not designed for emergencies or crisis situations.
A person experiencing severe distress, an immediate risk of harm, a medical or mental-health emergency, or an urgent need for assistance should contact emergency services, an appropriate crisis-support resource, or a qualified healthcare professional.
10. No Medical, Diagnostic, or Therapeutic Service
Onmetrica and the TenTwo Method, as presented through the Platform, provide structured software tools for reflection, calibration support, product evaluation, and professional review.
They are not:
• medical devices;
• medical or psychiatric diagnoses;
• psychotherapy;
• medical treatment;
• psychiatric care;
• emergency or crisis services;
• substitutes for licensed healthcare;
• guarantees of improvement or particular outcomes; or
• substitutes for a professional’s independent judgment.
Application-generated reports, classifications, visualizations, interpretations, and other outputs should not be treated as definitive medical, clinical, legal, employment, educational, or other high-impact decisions.
11. Confidentiality and Non-Public Program Materials
The Participant may receive access to non-public features, screens, reports, visual models, workflows, prompts, documentation, methodology-related content, demonstrations, briefings, or other Program materials.
The use and disclosure of such information are governed by the Onmetrica Confidentiality Acknowledgment & Non-Disclosure Terms.
Participants must not publicly disclose, reproduce, publish, distribute, or share restricted Program materials, screenshots, access codes, private links, or non-public Method information except as expressly authorized by Onmetrica.
This section does not restrict a Participant’s ownership or use of the Participant’s independent professional knowledge or independently developed materials, subject to the full Confidentiality Terms.
12. Identity and Professional Verification
Onmetrica may request reasonable information to:
• confirm a Participant’s identity;
• verify age eligibility;
• verify professional credentials or professional status;
• administer invite-only access;
• protect account security;
• prevent duplicate, fraudulent, or unauthorized accounts; or
• support the integrity of the Program.
Where Photo ID or professional credentials are requested, the purpose, handling, retention, and deletion of that information will be governed by the Privacy Policy and any notice presented at the point of collection.
Onmetrica will not use identity-verification documents for an unrelated purpose without an appropriate legal basis or additional authorization where required.
13. Privacy and Data Security
Onmetrica will handle personal information according to its Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection requirements.
No electronic system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Participants are responsible for:
• maintaining the confidentiality of passwords and access codes;
• using reasonable security precautions;
• not sharing accounts;
• accessing the Platform through secure devices and networks where reasonably possible; and
• promptly notifying Onmetrica of suspected unauthorized access.
The Participant understands that Platform information may be processed by authorized service providers that support hosting, security, authentication, communications, analytics, development, or other Platform operations, as described in the Privacy Policy.
14. Future Academic or Scientific Research
The Program governed by this Agreement is separate from any future academic or scientific research project.
If Onmetrica, Veret Company, LLC, a university, or another research institution later proposes to use Participants or identifiable Participant information in a formal study:
• the study will be governed by a separate research protocol;
• any required institutional, ethics-committee, or IRB review will be handled for that study;
• Participants will receive separate study information;
• separate research consent will be obtained where required;
• participation in the research project will be voluntary; and
• declining the research project will not, by itself, invalidate the Participant’s acceptance of this Agreement.
Acceptance of this Agreement does not constitute advance consent to participate in a future university or academic research study.
15. No Compensation or Ownership Rights
Unless Onmetrica expressly agrees otherwise in writing:
• participation is not employment;
• participation does not create an agency, partnership, joint venture, fiduciary, supervisory, or professional relationship with Onmetrica;
• Participants are not entitled to compensation for participation or Feedback;
• Participants receive no ownership interest in Onmetrica, Veret Company, LLC, the Platform, or the TenTwo Method;
• participation is not an investment or securities offering; and
• participation does not guarantee future access, certification, commercial rights, professional recognition, publication credit, or other benefits.
Any paid membership, subscription, or participation level is governed by separate billing and cancellation terms.
16. Program Changes and Availability
The Participant understands that the Platform is under active development.
Onmetrica may:
• add, remove, revise, suspend, or discontinue features;
• modify reports, prompts, workflows, interpretations, or visualizations;
• correct errors;
• reset or migrate Program data where reasonably necessary;
• limit access to selected Participants;
• change invite-code or verification procedures;
• pause the Program; or
• terminate program access.
Program Features may contain errors, incomplete functions, temporary interruptions, or experimental implementations. Onmetrica does not guarantee continuous availability or preservation of every Program feature or output.
17. Withdrawal, Account Closure, and Data Requests
A Participant may stop participating at any time.
To request account closure, withdrawal from the Program, or exercise an applicable privacy right, the Participant may use available account controls or contact:

Account closure or withdrawal generally stops future Program participation but does not necessarily require Onmetrica to remove:
• records that must be retained by law;
• security and fraud-prevention records;
• records of legal acceptance;
• information needed to resolve disputes;
• properly aggregated or de-identified information;
• backup information retained temporarily under ordinary security procedures; or
• other information that Onmetrica is legally permitted or required to retain.
The Privacy Policy provides additional information concerning access, correction, deletion, retention, and other privacy requests.
18. Relationship to Other Onmetrica Terms
This Agreement operates together with the:
• Terms of Use;
• Privacy Policy;
• Confidentiality Acknowledgment & Non-Disclosure Terms;
• applicable membership or subscription terms;
• professional-use guidelines; and
• any additional notices presented for particular Platform features.
If there is a conflict, the more specific document will control the subject it directly governs.
For example:
• the Privacy Policy governs the processing of personal information;
• the Confidentiality Terms govern non-public Onmetrica information;
• the Terms of Use govern general Platform access and use; and
• membership terms govern prices, billing, renewals, and cancellation.
19. Electronic Acceptance
By checking the acceptance box, creating an account, entering an invite code, or accessing the Program, the Participant confirms that:
• the Participant is at least 18 years old;
• the Participant has had an opportunity to review this Agreement;
• participation is voluntary;
• the Participant understands that the Program concerns product development and product feedback rather than formal academic research;
• the Participant agrees to the collection and use of information as described in this Agreement and the Privacy Policy;
• the Participant agrees to comply with the applicable Onmetrica terms; and
• the Participant electronically accepts this Agreement.
Onmetrica may retain the Agreement version, date, time, account identifier, device or technical record, and other reasonable evidence of acceptance.
