Last Updated: August 3, 2026
These Starter Plan & Participation Terms apply to subscriptions purchased from Veret Company, LLC, operating under the Onmetrica name (“Onmetrica,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Plan Terms supplement the Onmetrica Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. If these Plan Terms conflict with the general Terms of Use, these Plan Terms control only with respect to the Starter Plan.
About the Starter Plan
The Starter Plan is an introductory professional-participation subscription for professionals who want to follow Onmetrica’s development, access selected method-oriented communications, and remain connected to the broader Onmetrica professional environment.
Price: $20 per month
The Starter Plan is not an application-access plan and does not purchase or guarantee access to the Onmetrica application.
The Starter Plan currently includes:
• Regular Onmetrica project and product updates
• Selected educational and method-oriented content
• General communications about application development and professional implementation
• Opportunities to follow selected pilot-stage developments
• Access to the broader Onmetrica professional-participation environment
Onmetrica may deliver these benefits through email, online materials, recorded content, live or virtual communications, website updates, community channels, or other appropriate formats.
1. Eligibility and Enrollment
The Starter Plan is intended for adults with a professional, educational, research, or other legitimate interest in Onmetrica and the TenTwo Methodology™.
By enrolling, you confirm that:
• you are at least 18 years old;
• the information you provide is accurate;
• you are enrolling for your own professional participation; and
• you will use Onmetrica materials responsibly and in accordance with these Plan Terms.
The subscription is personal to the named member and may not be transferred or shared with another person.
2. Billing, Automatic Renewal, Cancellation, and Refunds
The Starter Plan costs $20 per month, plus any applicable taxes. Your subscription begins when your initial payment is successfully processed and automatically renews each month using the payment method provided at checkout until canceled. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the available online billing portal or by contacting Onmetrica at support@onmetrica.com.
To avoid the next recurring charge, cancellation must be completed before your next scheduled billing date. Cancellation stops future recurring charges and becomes effective at the end of the current paid billing period. You may continue receiving the applicable Starter Plan benefits through the end of that period. Payments already processed are generally non-refundable and are not prorated, except where required by applicable law or where Onmetrica determines that a refund is appropriate due to duplicate billing, a technical error, or other exceptional circumstances. If a payment cannot be processed, Onmetrica may notify you and provide a reasonable opportunity to update your payment information. Onmetrica may suspend or terminate the subscription if payment is not successfully completed.
3. Scope of Participation
The Starter Plan provides general professional communications and selected participation opportunities.
It does not guarantee:
• individual meetings with the founder or Onmetrica team;
• individual feedback or case review;
• professional or clinical supervision;
• psychotherapy, medical, or psychological consultation;
• continuing-education credit; • professional certification;
• product-development decision-making rights; or
• access to every Onmetrica meeting, discussion, document, or development activity.
The frequency, format, schedule, and subject matter of Starter communications may change as Onmetrica develops.
4. Application Access Is Separate
Access to the Onmetrica application is currently free and controlled through a separate invite-code and activation process.
Purchasing the Starter Plan:
• does not purchase the application;
• does not automatically provide an access code;
• does not guarantee approval for application access;
• does not control continued application access; and
• is not required solely to download or activate the application unless Onmetrica expressly states otherwise in writing.
Application activation may require separate acceptance of the applicable Mobile Application Terms, Privacy Policy, and other application notices.
5. Optional Pilot Program Participation
Purchasing the Starter Plan does not automatically enroll you in the optional Onmetrica Pilot Program. Pilot participation is separate and may require acceptance of the applicable Pilot Participation & Feedback Agreement and Non-Disclosure Terms.
6. Confidentiality and Onmetrica Materials
Non-public Onmetrica materials shared through the Starter Plan are provided for your personal professional review.
Unless Onmetrica gives prior written permission, you may not:
• publish or distribute non-public materials;
• reproduce or commercially use Onmetrica content;
• record private presentations or discussions;
• share restricted links, access credentials, or internal communications; or
• present yourself as an authorized representative of Onmetrica.
All rights in the Onmetrica platform, content, branding, methodology, workflows, materials, and related intellectual property remain with Onmetrica and its applicable rights holders.
7. No Founding Benefit
The Starter Plan does not include complimentary lifetime licensed access to the next-generation Onmetrica product. A member who later changes from Starter to Professional Pilot Member may become eligible for the Professional Pilot Member Founding Benefit only under the terms and availability applicable at the time of the upgrade.
Time subscribed to the Starter Plan does not count toward the Professional Pilot Member qualification period unless Onmetrica expressly confirms otherwise in writing.
8. Not an Investment
The Starter Plan is a paid professional-participation subscription.
It is not an investment and does not provide:
• equity or ownership;
• founder or co-founder status;
• profit or revenue participation;
• voting or governance rights;
• financial returns;
• future securities;
• preferential investment rights;
• employment;
• professional certification; or
• guaranteed preferential treatment.
9. Changes, Suspension, and Termination
Onmetrica may reasonably update the format, schedule, content, or administration of the Starter Plan as the professional environment develops. Material changes to the monthly price or recurring billing terms will be communicated before they take effect.
You may cancel before a change becomes effective. Onmetrica may suspend or terminate participation for nonpayment, misuse, unauthorized disclosure, unlawful conduct, material violation of these Plan Terms, or conduct that materially disrupts the professional environment.
10. Acceptance
By selecting Join Starter, completing checkout, and actively accepting the required checkout acknowledgment, you confirm that you have read and agree to:
• these Starter Plan & Participation Terms;
• the Onmetrica Terms of Use;
• the Onmetrica Privacy Policy; and

Professional Pilot Member Plan & Participation Terms
Effective Date: August 3, 2026
Last Updated: August 3, 2026
These Professional Pilot Member Plan & Participation Terms apply to subscriptions purchased from Veret Company, LLC, operating under the Onmetrica name (“Onmetrica,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Plan Terms supplement the Onmetrica Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. If these Plan Terms conflict with the general Terms of Use, these Plan Terms control only with respect to the Professional Pilot Member Plan and its Founding Benefit.
About the Professional Pilot Member Plan
The Professional Pilot Member Plan is a structured professional-participation level for practitioners who want closer involvement in Onmetrica’s professional environment, opportunities to contribute practical professional feedback, and participation in shaping the next-generation Onmetrica platform. Price: $150 per month The first 200 qualifying Professional Pilot Members will receive complimentary lifetime licensed access to the next-generation Onmetrica product when it is commercially released, subject to the eligibility and license terms below.
The Professional Pilot Member Plan currently includes:
• Everything included in the Starter Plan
• Monthly product-development briefings and selected professional discussions
• Direct founder, methodology, and product updates
• Opportunities to contribute structured professional feedback
• Opportunities to submit selected cases for deeper method-oriented review
• Participation in shared feedback sessions involving selected, appropriately de-identified cases Participation opportunities may be delivered through live meetings, virtual group discussions, recorded materials, written communications, feedback forms, professional working sessions, or other appropriate formats.
1. Eligibility and Individual Membership
The Plan is intended for professionals with a legitimate interest in Onmetrica, the TenTwo Methodology™, structured professional reflection, method-oriented evaluation, or the development of the next-generation platform.
By enrolling, you confirm that:
• you are at least 18 years old;
• you have provided accurate enrollment information;
• you are participating through your own named account;
• you will comply with applicable professional and ethical responsibilities; and
• you will not share your membership access with another person.
The Plan is an individual professional-participation subscription unless Onmetrica separately approves an organizational arrangement in writing.
2. Professional Participation
Monthly briefings and discussions may be conducted as group sessions. Onmetrica may reasonably reschedule a session, provide a recording or written summary, combine related sessions, or use another format appropriate to the subject matter.
The Plan does not guarantee:
• private monthly meetings;
• an individual response to every suggestion;
• acceptance of every submitted case;
• implementation of a member’s recommendations;
• a particular number of speaking opportunities;
• formal product-development authority; or
• participation in every internal Onmetrica activity.
Members are encouraged to contribute professional observations and feedback, but no specific attendance or submission quota is required for ordinary Plan participation.
3. Selected Case Submissions
Professional Pilot Members may submit cases for consideration for deeper, method-oriented review. Submission does not guarantee selection.
Onmetrica may select cases based on factors such as:
• relevance to methodology development;
• value for product improvement;
• suitability for shared professional learning;
• appropriateness for the available discussion format; and
• privacy, ethical, and professional considerations.
Selected cases may be discussed in shared professional sessions only in an appropriately de-identified form.
The submitting professional remains responsible for:
• professional judgment and decision-making;
• compliance with licensing and ethical requirements;
• obtaining any required client authorization or consent;
• removing identifying or unnecessary sensitive information; and
• ensuring that information is shared through an authorized Onmetrica process.
Members should not submit identifiable client information through ordinary email, general community channels, or other unapproved communication methods.
4. Supervision-Style and Method-Oriented Discussions
References to supervision-style or deeper method-oriented discussions describe structured professional conversations focused on learning, feedback, and application of the Onmetrica methodology.
Unless expressly established through a separate written agreement, these discussions do not constitute:
• licensed clinical supervision;
• supervision required for professional licensure;
• psychotherapy; • medical or psychological consultation;
• formal case-management services; • continuing-education credit; or
• professional certification.
Members remain responsible for their own professional judgment, scope of practice, licensing obligations, and client-related decisions.
5. Feedback and Intellectual Property
Members retain ownership of their pre-existing professional knowledge, independently created materials, and other intellectual property that does not originate from Onmetrica. By voluntarily submitting feedback, suggestions, product observations, or general recommendations, you authorize Onmetrica to use that feedback for product development, methodology improvement, quality assurance, professional communication, and related business purposes without additional compensation.
This permission does not transfer ownership of:
• your pre-existing professional materials;
• client records;
• identifiable client information; or
• intellectual property independently developed without use of Onmetrica’s confidential information.
The Onmetrica platform, methodology, workflows, product design, non-public roadmap, materials, and related intellectual property remain the property of Onmetrica and its applicable rights holders.
6. Billing, Automatic Renewal, Cancellation, and Refunds
The Professional Pilot Member Plan costs $150 per month, plus any applicable taxes.
You may continue receiving the applicable Professional Pilot Member benefits through the end of that period.
Payments already processed are generally non-refundable and are not prorated, except where required by applicable law or where Onmetrica determines that a refund is appropriate due to duplicate billing, a technical error, or other exceptional circumstances. The 24-paid-month participation period applies only to qualification for the Professional Pilot Member Founding Benefit. It is not a mandatory subscription commitment, and there is no early-cancellation fee. Cancellation before completing the required 24 paid months will end the member’s provisional eligibility for the Founding Benefit and stop the accumulation of qualifying membership months, unless Onmetrica expressly confirms otherwise in writing.
Once the Founding Benefit has been earned and confirmed by Onmetrica in writing, later cancellation of the monthly Professional Pilot Member subscription will not, by itself, remove the earned benefit. Cancellation will, however, end access to ongoing paid membership benefits, including professional briefings, discussions, case-submission opportunities, feedback sessions, and related participation activities.
If a payment cannot be processed, Onmetrica may notify the member and provide the payment-cure period stated in these Plan Terms. Failure to correct the payment issue within that period may result in suspension or termination of the subscription and may affect provisional Founding Benefit eligibility.
7. Founding Benefit
7.1 Benefit
The first 200 qualifying Professional Pilot Members will receive a complimentary lifetime license for individual professional access to the next-generation Onmetrica product when it is commercially released. The Founding Benefit is a future product-license benefit. It is not an investment, financial return, security, or ownership interest.
7.2 Assignment of the First 200 Places
Onmetrica will assign provisional Founding Benefit places in the order in which successful paid enrollments are completed, while places remain available. Onmetrica will maintain an internal dated eligibility record and will confirm a member’s provisional status through email, account notice, or another written communication. A provisional place is conditional and does not become earned until the member completes the qualification requirements below. If a provisional member cancels, permanently withdraws, becomes ineligible, or materially violates these Plan Terms before qualifying, the available place may be offered to the next eligible Professional Pilot Member. Enrollment in the Professional Pilot Member Plan may remain available after all 200 provisional Founding Benefit places have been assigned, but later members will not automatically receive the Founding Benefit unless Onmetrica expressly confirms availability.
7.3 Required Participation Period
To qualify, a provisional member must complete 24 paid months of Professional Pilot Membership. The membership months are expected to be continuous. However:
• a failed payment corrected within the applicable cure period will not automatically interrupt eligibility;
• a temporary pause approved by Onmetrica in writing will not automatically eliminate eligibility;
• unpaid or paused months do not count toward the required 24 paid months; and
• an approved pause extends the date on which the qualification period is completed.
Cancellation before completion of the 24 paid months ends provisional eligibility unless Onmetrica expressly confirms otherwise in writing. Attendance at every briefing or submission of a particular number of cases is not required unless Onmetrica and the member separately agree to a specific participation requirement in writing.
7.4 Good Standing
To qualify, the member must be in good standing when the 24 paid months are completed.
Good standing means that:
• required membership payments are current;
• the membership is not suspended;
• the member has not materially violated these Plan Terms;
• the member has respected applicable confidentiality obligations; and
• the member has not misused Onmetrica materials, access, or professional-participation channels.
7.5 Confirmation That the Benefit Is Earned
After the member completes the required 24 paid months in good standing, Onmetrica will provide written confirmation that the Founding Benefit has been earned. Once confirmed as earned, later cancellation of the monthly Professional Pilot Membership will not, by itself, remove the Founding Benefit. Cancellation will, however, end the ongoing paid-plan benefits, including monthly briefings, professional discussions, case-submission opportunities, feedback sessions, and other Professional Pilot Member services.
7.6 When Licensed Access Begins
The lifetime license becomes available on the later of: 1. the commercial release of the next-generation Onmetrica product; or 2. the member’s completion of the 24-paid-month qualification period. For purposes of these Plan Terms, commercial release means the first general paid professional release that Onmetrica identifies as its next-generation product. A private test, prototype, beta release, limited demonstration, or research version does not necessarily constitute commercial release.
7.7 License Scope
The Founding Benefit provides:
• a complimentary individual professional license;
• access through one named member account;
• no recurring base license charge for the covered next-generation product;
• access to the standard core individual professional features included with that product at commercial release; and
• ordinary maintenance, compatibility, and security updates made available for the covered product. The license is personal, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and may not be sold, shared, assigned, or converted into another person’s or organization’s account. Use of the next-generation product remains subject to its applicable End User License Agreement, Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, acceptable-use requirements, technical limitations, and security requirements.
7.8 What the License Does Not Automatically Include
Unless Onmetrica expressly states otherwise, the Founding Benefit does not include:
• multiple professional seats;
• organizational or enterprise deployment;
• separately priced premium modules;
• custom integrations or development;
• unlimited third-party or usage-based services;
• separately priced AI, storage, communication, or processing usage;
• training, certification, or continuing-education programs;
• professional supervision or consulting;
• implementation services;
• hardware, taxes, or third-party charges;
• unrelated Onmetrica products; or
• future major product generations released after the next-generation product covered by the benefit.
7.9 Meaning of “Lifetime
” For this benefit, “lifetime licensed access” means access for as long as Onmetrica continues to make the covered next-generation product commercially available and supported. It does not guarantee that any particular software, technical architecture, third-party service, operating system, or product name will operate indefinitely.
If the covered product is renamed, migrated, or technically replaced without fundamentally changing its role as the next-generation Onmetrica product, Onmetrica may satisfy the Founding Benefit by providing substantially equivalent access through the replacement environment.
The Founding Benefit does not automatically extend to a later, separately developed major product generation unless Onmetrica expressly confirms otherwise.
7.10 Roadmap and Release Timing
Onmetrica’s development roadmap and anticipated release timing may change. No specific commercial release date is guaranteed. If commercial release occurs after a member completes the qualification period, the earned benefit remains recorded until the covered product becomes available. If the next-generation product is not commercially released, the Founding Benefit does not convert into cash, equity, securities, refunds of past membership payments, or another financial right. If Onmetrica renames or replaces the Professional Pilot Member Plan while a provisional member remains in good standing, Onmetrica will provide written transition terms addressing previously accrued qualifying months. A plan-name change alone will not eliminate accrued months.
8. Application Access and Pilot Participation Are Separate
The current Onmetrica application is free and accessed through a separate invite-code process.
Purchasing the Professional Pilot Member Plan does not:
• purchase the current application;
• automatically provide or guarantee an access code;
• guarantee continued application access; or
• automatically enroll the member in the optional Pilot Program.
Application access and Pilot Program participation may require separate terms, privacy notices, consent, and confidentiality acknowledgments.
9. Confidentiality
Members may receive non-public information concerning Onmetrica’s methodology, roadmap, product direction, unreleased functionality, professional discussions, selected cases, and development activities. Members may not record, reproduce, publish, distribute, or disclose non-public materials or private discussions without prior written authorization. Members must also respect the confidentiality and professional privacy of other participants.
10. Not an Investment
The Professional Pilot Member Plan is a paid professional-participation subscription.
Neither the subscription nor the Founding Benefit provides:
• equity or ownership;
• founder or co-founder status;
• profit or revenue participation;
• voting or governance rights;
• financial returns;
• future securities;
• preferential investment rights;
• employment;
• professional certification; or
• authority to act for Onmetrica or Veret Company, LLC.
The complimentary lifetime license has no cash value and may not be redeemed for money, equity, or another financial benefit.
11. Changes, Suspension, and Termination
Onmetrica may reasonably update the format, schedule, administration, or delivery of Plan activities as the professional environment and product-development process evolve. Material changes to price or recurring billing terms will be communicated before they take effect.
Members may cancel before a change becomes effective. Reasonable changes to Plan activities will not retroactively remove a Founding Benefit that has already been confirmed as earned.
Onmetrica may suspend or terminate participation for nonpayment, material breach, unlawful conduct, misuse of confidential information, improper disclosure of client information, unauthorized account sharing, or conduct that materially disrupts the professional environment.
12. Acceptance
By selecting Join Professional Pilot, completing checkout, and actively accepting the required checkout acknowledgment, you confirm that you have read and agree to:
• these Professional Pilot Member Plan & Participation Terms;
• the Onmetrica Terms of Use;
• the Onmetrica Privacy Policy; and
• the recurring subscription terms displayed at checkout.
