Veret Company, LLC, doing business as Onmetrica, takes reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information processed through the Onmetrica website, mobile application, and related services.

 

Our Security Approach

Depending on the system, service, and type of information involved, Onmetrica’s security measures may include:

• encrypted connections for information transmitted between users and Onmetrica services;
• access controls designed to limit information access to authorized persons;
• authentication and credential-protection measures;
• secure hosting and infrastructure providers;
• security monitoring and technical logging;
• software maintenance, security updates, and vulnerability management;
• data minimization and retention controls;
• service-provider review and contractual confidentiality requirements;

• procedures for investigating and responding to suspected security incidents.

Onmetrica periodically evaluates its safeguards and may update them as its systems, services, risks, and legal obligations develop.

 

Payment Security

Payment credentials submitted through the Onmetrica website are processed by the payment provider identified during checkout. Onmetrica does not ordinarily receive or store complete payment-card numbers or payment-account credentials processed directly by that provider.

 

Third-Party Services

Onmetrica uses third-party providers for certain functions, which may include website hosting, cloud infrastructure, payment processing, scheduling, communications, customer-relationship management, and technical support.

These providers maintain their own security practices and process information according to their applicable agreements, privacy policies, and legal obligations.

• the affected page, feature, or service;
• steps that may help us reproduce the issue;
• the date and time the issue was observed; and
• your contact information.

Please do not access, alter, download, retain, or disclose information belonging to another person. Do not disrupt Onmetrica systems or publicly disclose a suspected vulnerability before Onmetrica has had a reasonable opportunity to investigate it.

Submitting a report does not create eligibility for compensation or establish a formal bug-bounty relationship.

No electronic system, transmission method, storage service, or security measure can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Onmetrica cannot guarantee that unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or other security incidents will never occur.
