Last Updated: August 10, 2026
Important Notice
This notice explains the current intended use, product positioning, professional-use limitations, data-related considerations, and safety expectations applicable to the Onmetrica Platform and Participation & Feedback Program.
This notice does not represent an approval, clearance, certification, exemption determination, or individualized classification issued by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration, another government agency, Apple, Google, an institutional review board, or an ethics committee.
Onmetrica’s regulatory status depends on its actual functionality, intended use, labeling, marketing representations, data practices, professional implementation, and applicable law. Veret Company, LLC may revise this notice if the Platform, intended use, applicable law, or regulatory guidance changes.
1. Overview
Onmetrica is an invite-only, early-access software Platform developed by Veret Company, LLC.
The Platform implements elements of the TenTwo Method through structured tools for:
• personal reflection;
• emotional-state awareness;
• calibration support;
• structured evaluation;
• visual mapping;
• report generation;
• review of Platform-generated outputs;
• authorized interaction between Professional Participants and invited adult users; and
• structured product and implementation Feedback.
The current Onmetrica Participation & Feedback Program is intended to improve:
• Platform functionality;
• user interface and user experience;
• calibration workflows;
• structured evaluation tools;
• report presentation;
• interpretation clarity;
• professional and invited-user interaction;
• technical performance; and
• implementation of the TenTwo Methodology within the Platform.
The current Program is a commercial product-development and structured-feedback program. It is not presented as a formal academic, clinical, or scientific research study.
2. Intended Use
Onmetrica is intended to support adult users and authorized professionals in structured reflection, calibration, visual organization of self-reported information, and review of Platform-generated reports.
The Platform may help a user:
• organize self-reported emotional or internal-state information;
• reflect on current, prior, or desired states;
• visualize patterns or relationships represented through the Platform;
• review structured reports and calibration outputs;
• discuss an applicable report with an authorized Professional Participant;
• repeat Platform activities over time;
• provide Feedback concerning clarity, usability, and product implementation; and
• better prepare for an independent conversation with a qualified professional.
Onmetrica is intended to provide reflective and calibration-support information only.
It is not intended to establish a medical or psychiatric diagnosis, determine the presence or absence of a disorder, recommend medical treatment, select a therapy, prescribe an intervention, or replace independent professional judgment.
3. Current Product and Regulatory Positioning
Based on its current intended use, functionality, labeling, and marketing representations, Onmetrica is designed and positioned as:
• a general-wellness and personal-reflection software product;
• a calibration-support and structured self-report Platform;
• a software Platform under active product development;
• a professional-review support tool within specifically authorized activities; and
• a structured product-feedback environment.
Onmetrica is not marketed as an FDA-cleared or FDA-approved medical device.
Veret Company, LLC does not claim that the FDA has issued an individualized determination that Onmetrica is exempt from regulation, outside the definition of a device, or otherwise subject to a specific regulatory classification.
The Company’s present intention is to maintain the Platform within non-medical, general-wellness, reflection, calibration-support, and product-development purposes.
The Company may reassess this position if Platform functionality, product claims, intended use, professional implementation, risk profile, or applicable regulatory requirements change.
4. No Medical-Device, Diagnostic, or Treatment Claims

• recommend medication;
• prescribe psychotherapy or another clinical intervention;
• determine treatment eligibility;

• provide clinical decision support;
• provide emergency or crisis intervention; or
• guarantee improvement or a particular outcome.
Terms such as “diagnostic-style tool,” “evaluation,” “calibration,” “report,” “interpretation,” “state,” “pattern,” or similar terminology describe the Platform’s internal reflective and organizational functions.
They do not mean that Onmetrica provides a medical or clinical diagnosis.
Platform-generated outputs should not be treated as definitive clinical findings, medical conclusions, treatment recommendations, or independently validated psychological test results.
Users should consult an appropriately qualified healthcare professional before making medical, psychiatric, psychological-treatment, or other healthcare decisions based on information considered in connection with the Platform.
5. Program and Product Improvement

7. Health Information, HIPAA, and Other Privacy Requirements
Onmetrica may process information concerning a Participant’s emotions, experiences, relationships, internal states, reflections, Platform responses, reports, or interactions with an authorized professional.
This information may constitute sensitive personal information or consumer health information even when it is not Protected Health Information under HIPAA.
Veret Company, LLC does not currently represent itself as a healthcare provider, health plan, healthcare clearinghouse, or HIPAA covered entity solely by operating the Onmetrica Platform.
Whether Veret Company, LLC or Onmetrica acts as a HIPAA business associate depends on the particular:
• relationship between the parties;
• professional or organizational use;
• data submitted;
• data flow;
• contractual arrangement;
• purpose for which information is processed; and
• applicable legal requirements.
The mere availability of Onmetrica to a professional does not, by itself, establish that Onmetrica is a HIPAA business associate.
However, a Professional Participant or organization that is a HIPAA covered entity must not submit, disclose, or cause Onmetrica to receive Protected Health Information on behalf of that covered entity unless:
• Onmetrica has expressly authorized that use in writing;
• the parties have determined that the intended arrangement is legally appropriate;
• any required Business Associate Agreement or other written agreement is in effect; and
• appropriate technical, administrative, and contractual safeguards have been implemented.
Professional Participants should avoid including unnecessary directly identifying information in Product Feedback, support messages, or professional observations.
Personal information is handled according to the applicable Onmetrica Privacy Policy and applicable law.
Depending on the nature of the information and Platform functionality, other federal or state privacy, security, breach-notification, consumer-protection, or consumer-health-data requirements may apply even when HIPAA does not.
8. Data Security and Breach Considerations
